Bedrooms: 4	The main bedroom is located upstairs and is a loft bedroom. It contains 1 x king bed, 1 x king single plus a king single trundle. Also includes a built-in robe plus a wall fan. There is an ensuite off this main bedroom.
	Bedroom 2 has 1 x Queen bed with ceiling fan and built in robe.
	Bedroom 3 has 2 x King Single beds which can be pushed together to make a king bed, plus ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.
	Bedroom 4 has 1 x king single bed plus a wall fan.
	All mattress protectors, pillows, cotton coverlets and blankets provided. Portacot Supplied, BYO linen, sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea towels or can be provided at a small cost
Bathrooms and toilets:	2 includes one ensuite with toilet upstairs and 1 bathroom with separate toilet downstairs.
